• Photos you upload: We process your photos to generate photocard-style images. Your original photos are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after generation completes.
• Account information: We use Clerk authentication to manage your account. This includes your email address and basic profile information.
• Payment information: Payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not store your credit card details.
• Usage data: We track credits purchased and downloads to provide the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• Generate photocard-style images using AI
• Process payments and manage your credits
• Provide customer support
• Improve our service quality

We do NOT: Share your photos with third parties, use your photos for training AI models, or store your original photos long-term.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using:

• Vercel Blob Storage: Generated images are stored temporarily. Original uploads are deleted after processing.
• Vercel KV: Your credit balance and job records are stored securely.
• Clerk: Authentication and account management.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Replicate: AI image generation (your photos are sent to Replicate for processing and not stored by them)
• PayPal: Payment processing (handles all payment data)
• Clerk: User authentication

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request a copy of your data
• Opt out of non-essential data collection
