2. Description of Service

Photocard AI is an AI-powered service that transforms your photos into official-style K-pop photocard designs. You upload a photo, and we generate stylized photocard images for personal use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our service

4. Payment Terms

Pricing: Credits are sold in packs (Single Export: $2.99, Pack of 5: $12.99). All prices are in USD.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing credits, you agree to PayPal's payment terms.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits, contact us at hello@photocard.ai within 7 days of purchase.

Credits Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your original images.

Generated Images: You own the generated photocard images and may use them for personal purposes (social media, avatars, etc.). Commercial use may require additional licensing.

Our Service: The Photocard AI platform, technology, and design are our intellectual property.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Photocard AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or images
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Results that do not meet your expectations

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Photocard AI. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
