Use Photocard.ai for lawful, consensual fan creativity. You are responsible for the images you upload and how you use generated results.
You must have permission
Upload only photos you own or are authorized to transform. A photo containing a minor is not automatically prohibited, but sexualized or exploitative content involving minors is always rejected.
No deception or identification
Do not use generated images for identity documents, fraud, impersonation, misleading endorsements, evidence fabrication, or political persuasion.
No illegal or abusive content
Non-consensual sexual imagery, sexualized minors, hate, threats, and other illegal or exploitative content are prohibited.
Enforcement
We may block generation, suspend accounts, preserve necessary security records, or report activity when required by law.
