Photocard.ai provides creation tools. It does not grant rights to third-party photos, names, logos, characters, or other protected material.
Your upload responsibilities
You retain rights you already hold in your source image and confirm that you have permission to process it.
Fan-made output
Generated output may still include or resemble protected subject matter. You are responsible for evaluating whether publication, sale, or distribution requires additional permission.
Report infringement
Send a notice to hello@photocard.ai with your contact details, the protected work, the Photocard.ai URL or job information, a good-faith statement, and your electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If content was restricted by mistake, contact the same address with the relevant job information and evidence of authorization.
