Photocard AI is an AI-powered service that transforms your photos into fan-made, K-pop-inspired photocard designs. You upload a photo, and we generate stylized card images for personal creative use.
You agree to:
Pricing: The monthly plan is $9.99 for 150 monthly pulls, the annual plan is $69.99 with 150 pulls issued each month, and the one-time pack is $4.99 for 30 pulls. All prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise.
Payment Processing: Payments, subscriptions, tax, and billing management are processed by Stripe. Entitlements are issued only after a verified Stripe webhook.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits, contact us at hello@photocard.ai within 7 days of purchase.
Pulls: A pull is reserved when generation starts and captured only after the face and 4K quality checks pass. Failed or timed-out jobs release the reservation. Subscription pulls follow the validity period shown at purchase; one-time pack pulls do not expire.
Your Photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your original images.
Generated Images: You own the generated photocard images and may use them for personal purposes (social media, avatars, etc.). Commercial use may require additional licensing.
Our Service: The Photocard AI platform, technology, and design are our intellectual property.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
